MEDIO 1978

SEMIDAN ApS was founded by three investors of the private sector of
which the present owner had 50% of the shares.

ULTIMO 1983

The legal status af the company is changed from a partner-sharing
company to a 100% privatly owned
enterprise which still is operating in accordance to the Danish articles of
Association. The purpose hereof was to strengthen the reputability and
reliability in the markets of the far east.

MEDIO 1987

Semidan takes over the Power Controle Division of Nea-Lindberg A/S,
Denmark, with main activity in No-break systems.

ULTIMO 1987

Semidan buys and moves to new production facilities of 2000 m2 in
vejleby, Denmark. The name of the company is changed to Semidan
Power in order to make emphasis on the business line

Medio 1989

Semidan Power Aps are founders of Langtved Brug
by establishing 5 productions ponds for production of crayfish for
exports. Technical director is: Mr. Poul Rasmussen
